The Smart Card Utility provides convenient and secure access to a range of resources including Office 365, Webmail, Teams, and more. This utility enables smart card authentication for users with PIV-enabled smart cards. It is widely used by military and government personnel, including members of the Air Force, Navy, Marines, Army, Coast Guard, and other agencies.

Instead of waiting for your laptop to boot up, you can simply plug in your CAC smart card to your iPhone or iPad and gain instant access to websites, Teams, Office 365, and more. This includes popular platforms such as myPay, Defense Travel System (DTS), JKO Learning Management, Office 365, Tricare Health Care, Defense Acquisition University (DAU), Microsoft Teams, MAX.gov, Okta PIV, Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Users can choose from a variety of supported readers including those from Twocanoes Software and Feitian (br301 Bluetooth Reader, iR301 Lightning Reader, iR301 USB-C Reader). Additionally, any wired readers that are supported by iOS 16 or later are compatible with Smart Card Utility.
